Should I continue to play the violin?

I've been doing violin in school for 4 years now. But, I don't really like it and barely have time to practice! I'm definitely not 1st chair or even in the 1st violins in my school orchestra, and probably won't get there any time soon... And in my school, next year we have the option to become a teacher assistant (TA) where you grade the teacher's papers etc. That's kinda what I want to do instead. Should I quit or keep playing? Would playing another year be really beneficial for my college application?
