Why do thugs always get hand outs?

Your missing the point of why these young lads are the way they are. The old notion that everyone bad was born that way is well and truly done with. The reason they were treated that way is that someone (amongst the shows producers) decided that the best course of action was to show these guys that there is a better life out there, one in which their macho BS is just not needed.
